Section 01 — Common questions
Q. Is my data safe?
Yes. Everything you enter stays on your device. Renvio has no account and no server, so your subscription data never leaves your phone.
Q. How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app settings and tap Restore purchases. Your Pro or Lifetime unlock will be re-applied from your App Store or Google Play account.
Q. My notifications aren't arriving.
Check your system notification permissions for Renvio in your device settings and make sure notifications are allowed. Renewal reminders rely on that permission being on.
Q. How do I cancel a subscription?
Renvio tracks your subscriptions, but it can't cancel them for you. To actually cancel, do it on the provider's own website or account page.
